China State Grid Corporation's new generation electricity information collection system (collection 2.0) is one of the most important basic data sources of the company. Founded in 2009, the system carries the power collection and remote cost control for all high and low voltage users. In 2017, the system basically realized the "full coverage and full collection" of all kinds of users. With the continuous emergence of various emerging businesses, the "double-carbon" target and spot trading have spawned new business scenarios, and the demand for the transformation and upgrading of the service mode of power grid enterprises has put forward higher requirements on the frequency, quality and application effect of the collection system data.

The Marketing Department of State Grid earnestly implemented the deployment of State Grid Corporation of China and actively organized the construction of collection 2.0. Up to now, the collection 2.0 systems of 27 provincial power companies have been monorail into operation, and realized the two-level "data + business" with the headquarters-level platform, building the "1 + 27" integrated operation mode.

"A new generation of electricity information collection system using big data storage, flow computing, micro emerging technologies such as services, build'headquarters-province two levels of integrated operation system, build micro service as the core of the new business applications, not only significantly enhance the system expansion ability, the overall performance level also got leapfrog promotion."Measurement and testing technology research and development room researcher Dou Jian said.

After the completion of the system, the project construction team relying on the "headquarters-province" two levels through channel, around archives assets, electricity analysis, cost control, key user monitoring, low voltage distributed photovoltaic regulation, power monitoring core business, build interactive data mining model, to carry out the entire network level data monitoring and analysis, strong support the marketing business control and fine management.

At present, the 2.0 has access to intelligent electricity meter 612 million, acquisition terminal more than 6700 million units, the user coverage of 100%, acquisition success rate of 99.49%, implements all the high and low voltage user power acquisition and remote control, data day increment more than 14 bytes, for more than the professional department, more than 20 external business system share original data more than 1 billion, statistical analysis data more than 400 million, effectively support more than 40 company core business, lay a solid data foundation for grid digital transformation.
